LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Digi Craft or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Digi Craft has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Digi Craft or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Digi Craft be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF US AND THE AFFILIATED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE AND/OR THE PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN OR HEREBY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 AND THAT AMOUNT SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES WHICH YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US AND ANY AFFILIATED PARTY.
LIMITED LICENSE; PERMITTED USES
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site and/or Services strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.
RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS ON USE
Your license for access and use of the Site, Services and any information, materials or documents (collectively defined as “Content and Materials”) therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: You may not (a) copy, print (except for the express limited purpose permitted by Section 4 above), republish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of the Site or any Content and Materials retrieved therefrom; (b) use the Site or any materials obtained from the Site to develop, of as a component of, any information, storage and retrieval system, database, information base, or similar resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution mechanism; (c) create compilations or derivative works of any Content and Materials from the Site; (d) use any Content and Materials from the Site in any manner that may infringe any copyright, intellectual property right, proprietary right, or property right of us or any third parties; (e) remove, change or obscure any copyright notice or other proprietary notice or terms of use contained in the Site; (f) make any portion of the Site available through any timesharing system, service bureau, the Internet or any other technology now existing or developed in the future; (g) remove, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any Site software or use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the Site architecture; (h) use any automatic or manual process to harvest information from the Site; (i) avoiding, interfering with or disallowing any security tracking or monitoring efforts; (j) use the Site for the purpose of gathering information for or transmitting (1) unsolicited commercial email; (2) email that makes use of headers, invalid or nonexistent domain names, or other means of deceptive addressing; and (3) unsolicited telephone calls or facsimile transmissions; (k) use the Site in a manner that violates any state or federal law regulating email, facsimile transmissions or telephone solicitations; and (l) export or re-export the Site or any portion thereof, or any software available on or through the Site, in violation of the export control laws or regulations of the United States; (m) any action which we determine, in our own judgment, will reflect poorly on us or negatively impact our operations; (n) any action which we deem to be an unacceptable use of resources, business practice or otherwise improper to us and our partners.
COPYRIGHT
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.
OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are 9:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. Drop off and pick up times scheduled outside of office hours are on a case-by-case basis.
REGISTRATION
Certain sections of, or offerings from, the Site and Services may require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration information. Your registration must be done using your real name and accurate information. Each registration is for your personal use only and not on behalf of any other person or entity. We do not permit (a) any other person using the registered sections under your name; or (b) access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use.
TURNAROUND
Digi Craft estimates a turnaround time within each production agreement created for our customers. This is just an estimate and we will strive to meet those expectations and do our best to be early on our turnaround time. However we are not liable for a delayed turnaround time if the nature of the delay falls onto the customers ability to review time sensitive information including, but not limited to, Proofs, Scope of Work Documents, Site Flowcharts, etc...
Digi Craft estimates that all print orders containing only flat pieces will be ready to ship within 48 hours (two business days) from the business day we receive the completed order. All orders placed before 3:00PM EST will be considered ordered that business day. Any order placed after 3:00PM EST will be considered ordered on the following business day. Digi Craft will do everything in its power to correctly produce your job in a timely manner, but can not guarantee a specific shipping or arrival date. The 48 hour turnaround is an estimate, and is not to be confused with a guarantee. Please remember extra finishing requires extra production time. Finishing includes but is not limited to: Folds, Scores, Perforations, Die-cuts, UV Coating, and Drilling. Customer service, sales, shipping, prepress, or graphics agents do not have the authority to promise turnaround times. If any of the aforementioned departments gives the customer a turnaround time or promises turnaround estimate then it is not to be construed as a guarantee. The only guaranteed turnaround is the 48 hour rush turnaround.
Rush: The $75 rush fee will be refunded if we do not ship your job the next business day after you place an order with proper payment and art.
LINKING TO OUR WEB SITE
You may provide links to our Site, provided (a) that you do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, advertisements, the copyright notice, or other notices on the Site, (b) your site does not engage in illegal or pornographic activities, and (c) you discontinue providing links to the Site immediately upon request by us.
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
The Site and our Services contains links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions express in such Web sites, and such Web sites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Inclusion of any linked Web site on our Site does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked Web site by us. If you decide to leave our Site and access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
BILLING
Your credit card bill will read "Digi Craft 407-249-0622"
THIRD PARTY MERCHANT POLICIES
All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on any Merchant sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
We may allow access to or advertise certain third-party product or service providers ("Merchants") from which you may purchase certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. You agree that use of or purchase from such Merchants is AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.
THIRD PARTY BILLING AND REIMBURSEMENTS
Your card will be billed the exact amount of the purchase. Digi Craft will not charge a card for more than the amount and reimburse the difference as a commission. It is up to the customer to work out an agreeable transaction arrangement with their client if they choose to resell our products.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT
Third party content may appear on the Site or may be accessible via links from the Site. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for any mistakes, misstatements of law, defamation, omissions, falsehood, obscenity, pornography or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of content on the Site. You understand that the information and opinions in the third party content represent solely the thoughts of the author and is neither endorsed by nor does it necessarily reflect our belief.
SUPPORT
We encourage a professional relationship with our customers. Abusive, threatening, obscene or otherwise harassing communications with us, via phone, e-mail, online chat or other means will result in immediate account termination not withstanding any other terms of this agreement. We have competitive product and service rates. With these competitive rates, you still have free support via email and/or phone. In most instances, we will try to assist you by e-mail and/or phone. If any issue of support is determined to be our fault, there will be no charge for the support. If the issue is determined NOT to be our fault, you will be billed at $85 an hour with a quarter-hour ($21.25) minimum charge. For example, but not limited to:
- assisting you over the phone on how to learn or setup your own choice of software or computer;
- making changes to your website where it causes it not to display properly and we must restore from backup, troubleshoot the page or recreate/re-code the page;
- making changes to your e-mail account where you can not access it;
- making changes to your domain or DNS entries where your website/email no longer functions;
- adding or modifying any account to include or remove services such as web or e-mail or DNS, etc.;
- helping you remove a virus or spyware
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify Digi Craft within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Digi Craft will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. However, orders may be eligible for cancellation upon request via email. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.
Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have been Plated or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Plated or any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing.
Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, and Graphic design services.
RE-ORDERS
Your files are permanently stored on our Digi Craft servers. If you chose to re-order any item you ordered in the past we only charge for printing fulfillment on that order, unless there is a revision required on the original artwork. We will bill according to the scope of the revision.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Digi Craft, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use form Digi Craft Gallery or send, upload, post or transmit via the Service. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Digi Craft or any third party does not control posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, intergrity or quality of the Content Under no circumstances will Digi Craft be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Products and services, are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
Digi Craft and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Digi Craft may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Digi Craft, its users and the public.
COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Digi Craft for inclusion within the requested services project/s are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, indemnify and defend Digi Craft and its subcontractors from any liability (including attorney's fees and court costs), including any claim or suit, threatened or actual, arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Digi Craft is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Digi Craft is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
DELIVERY
Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the client or the client's supplier to Digi Craft are not included in quotations unless specified. Digi Craft is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping. Title for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point; or upon mailing of invoices for the finished work or its segments, whichever comes first.
INDEMNIFICATION
The customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from Digi Craft. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a "Claim") is made or commenced against Digi Craft based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by Digi Craft ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold Digi Craft harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation; (1.) defending Digi Craft against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing Digi Craft for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.
NONTRANSFERABLE
Your right to use the Site and/or Services is not transferable or assignable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable or assignable.
RIGHT TO SUBCONTRACT
Digi Craft shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be prepaid due to the speed of our turnaround. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to pay by check, your order will not go into que until the check has cleared. This will cause a significant delay in your order. If you submit a check and there are insufficient funds we will charge a $50 Insufficient Funds Fee. Under no circumstances will Digi Craft print a job COD.
For all design services we require full payment up front unless your transaction is larger then $1000 we will only require a 50% deposit upon signing our production agreements. If you order our services online you will be required to pay the full amount for the service ordered.

QUOTES/PROPOSALS
Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written quotes and proposals are good for 30 days. An estimate not accepted within 30 days may be subject to change.
ACCURACY OF QUOTES/PROPOSALS SPECIFICATIONS
Quotes and Proposals are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Digi Craft can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Orders placed with Digi Craft are to the client's knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.
ELECTRONIC MANUSCRIPTS/IMAGES
It is the client's responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files, artwork and transparencies. Digi Craft is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until Digi Craft can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format, and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize client-supplied files will be charged at our current rates. Digi Craft does not guarantee the archiving of your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product. Please always save your work!
PROOFS (REVISIONS/CORRECTIONS)
Digi Craft offers an online proofing system through our online client system. This will be where you approve/disprove and make suggested revisions. Our client system is internet based and we require every client to submit an email address at the start of opening an account with us. Since we store all these correspondence in our database it is to be used as a archive of all communication and approvals for our projects.
Every design project starts with Three (3) Proofs, or up to Two (2) Revisions, on the overall concept and direction of the design. It depends on your order if you are granted more proofs/revisions without being charged extra. Our typical fee is $85.00 per proof created that falls outside of any original agreement.
When requested by the customer, Digi Craft will submit color proofs for the customer's review and approval. A minimum shipping charge of $25 is required to send a proof via express air shipping. Proofs must be returned to Digi Craft marked "O.K." or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the customer. Until the proof is returned, no additional work will be performed. Digi Craft will not be responsible for undetected production errors if:
- Proofs are waived by the client;
- The work is printed per the client's written OK;
- Requests for changes are communicated verbally.
All requests for changes of any kind must be made in writing to avoid mistakes. Any proof request waives our turnaround guarantee. Proofs are only available for large projects such as booklets and magazines and are not printed on our offset press.
APPROVALS
Digi Craft is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Finished Product Size. We DO NOT make any changes on customer files.
INDEMNITY
By submitting the above document to Digi Craft "I agree to the following terms". I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors. If you need to make changes after agreeing the the above terms we will treat your changes as a new order and bill accordingly.
INKJET AND LASER PROOFS
Inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. We offer quick turnaround and low prices by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. There is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printed sample. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices,and film-based proofs.
COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. We do not guarantee an exact color match to the art submitted. If the art is submitted as a any color mode other than CMYK we will convert the color mode to CMYK. If there is a color shift we are not responsible for that color shift.
Digi Craft will not offer credit or a refund for non-matching colors or color shifts. Source files submitted at 300 dpi (dots per inch) CMYK .tifs (Tagged Image Format) are more likely to color match than a 300dpi .jpg (Joint Photographers Explorer Group) file submitted in RGB color mode. If files are submitted in any other format than 300dpi CMYK .tifs our prepress will convert the files and there will be color shifting. Digi Craft is not liable for color shifts and will not offer credits or refunds.
Digi Craft is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Digi Craft is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product/s.
CUTTING AND PRODUCT ALIGNMENT
1/16" to 1/8" will be trimmed from the final product size for flat card products. In order to align folds more or less may be trimmed from jobs that require folding. In order to get folds to match we will take liberty to trim the final product to get it to the customer in a visually acceptable format. Up to 1/4" may be trimmed from folded jobs in order to secure the integrity of the folds. We highly suggest against having borders on your products. We can not guarantee that the borders will be exact. Depending on other jobs on the run sheet will be the determining factor of the cuts. We are a full bleed printer and are not responsible for uneven or misaligned borders.
Products may be trimmed 1/16" on one side and 1/8" on the other causing the image to not be centered onto the printed piece. If there is no text loss then Digi Craft is not responsible for reprints or issuing credits. The lost of text is not acceptable and we will rectify the problem. A slight image shift is deemed acceptable by Digi Craft and we will not issue credits or refunds.
WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
Because of the nature of "gang run" style printing Digi Craft shall not be held responsible for the following issues which may occur during our production process: variation in color, offset (smudges), cutting variations, marking, picking, cutting issues, size discrepancies (over/under), and etc. Customer acknowledges that they are receiving gang run style printing at a substantial price discount and expedited delivery times and thus said printing will not be held to the same standard as traditional offset lithography nor generally accepted printing standards. While every effort will be made to satisfy our customer's needs, requests for reprints or credits based on quality issues will not be recognized.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
Digi Craft will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an underrun, Digi Craft may bill for the actual quantity delivered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%. All packages are weighed before departure and meet our weight specifications for the amount packaged. If you receive a quantity less than 5% of the industry standards for over/underruns then please inspect the box for shipping damage. Shipping damage is generally the culprit for product shortages.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Digi Craft will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Digi Craft be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All Digi Craft customers agree not to hold Digi Craft liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Digi Craft's direct control. Digi Craft shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.
Digi Craft will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
Digi Craft can only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up. Please note that we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Digi Craft is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
CLAIMS
Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Digi Craft and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Digi Craft's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications. You must inspect the product upon receipt. If any of the product is used then a claim is null and void. The entire contents of the shipping package must be included in order to file a claim. A group of samples are collected and saved by our customer service and sales departments in order to ensure quality. The samples are used as representatives of the order placed if a dispute is called.
PACKAGE RETURN
Effective 11/13/07, all returned packages received from customers are required to have reference numbers starting with R on the boxes given by a Digi Craft representative when customers call; otherwise, customer will not receive any kind of compensation for the order.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Digi Craft will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
POSTCARDS FOR MAILING
All jobs printed UV1 are printed on C2S (Coated 2-sides) therefore will still have a slight gloss finish on the non-UV coated side. Digi Craft does not offer matte or uncoated postcard products. Most inkjet systems can print onto C2S paper. Aqueous postcards are coated on both sides and are also able to be processed through most inkjet systems. It is the customer's responsibility to run samples through their inkjet or mail house's inkjet system in order to test the coating. Digi Craft is not responsible for ink not sticking to final printed pieces going through non-tested inkjet or labeling systems.
MAILING LISTS
Customer's mailing list(s) will not be sold or offered for use to any other party while in the possession of Digi Craft. All Mailing List(s) is the exclusive property of the customer and shall be used only with customer's instructions. Digi Craft will not utilize the customer’s list for any other purpose. Digi Craft will store the provided list for a period of six (6) months. After that period expires the list will be destroyed if the customer has not requested another mailing or to have their list sent to them. SHIPPING & POSTAL DELIVERY TIMES
All delivery dates are estimate. Digi Craft is not responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Post Office. Digi Craft has no control over the U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service or any other common carriers' delivery schedules and cannot guarantee when mail or shipments deposited with or released to these carriers will be delivered.
Digi Craft responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the U.S. Postal Service. Digi Craft's responsibility ends when the job is delivered to the Tampa, Florida Business Mail Entry. In no event shall Digi Craft be liable for USPS performance failures or delivery delays.
Under no circumstance is a refund or credit to be issued for cost of postage after the product has been dropped the USPS. The customer understands that additional fees may be levied if addresses or art provided does not meet postal regulations. These additional charges will be automatically billed to the credit card used in the original transaction. The customer cannot dispute charges for additional postage or processing fees levied by USPS or Digi Craft due to negligence in following USPS guidelines. ERRORS IN MAILING
Digi Craft shall be liable only to the extent of re-mailing a correction or corrected job as soon as possible to rectify the mistake. Damages shall be limited to the value of the work performed. In no case is Digi Craft liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job.
The customer will defend and hold Digi Craft harmless in any suit or court action brought against Digi Craft by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where Digi Craft, acting as the customer's agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libelous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in Digi Craft sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a suit or court action brought against Digi Craft for actions of the customer's employees which may occur as a result of any mailing.
EXTRA SERVICES
Folding: $20 setup and $20 per 1000 folds for simple folds (tri-fold / half fold / Z-fold) All complicated folds are quoted based on the project. Perforation: $30 setup and $20 per 1000, Scoring: $30 setup and $20 per 1000 (All jobs on 14 point and 16 point are only scored not folded) , Cutting: $50 per 1000 per cut, each additional cut add $20 per 1000. Online PDF Proofs: $10 charge will be applied for all Online PDF Proofs. Hard copy IRIS Proofs: $50 up to 8.5x11", $74 up to 13x19", $96 up to 23x36".

Digi Craft is based in Orlando, Florida of Orange County and all transactions take place on Digi Craft's servers located in Orlando, Florida and Phoenix, Arizona. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Orange County. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Orange County courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.
